A Cause Close to Our Hearts
This campaign is personal for us. One of our team members, Solar Consultant Adam Scorby, is the proud father of 9-year-old Calin, a courageous and joyful boy diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. Since birth, Calin has undergone numerous surgeries and ongoing medical treatments—but his resilient spirit inspires us every day.
In honor of Calin and other families navigating similar challenges, we’re donating $250 for every solar system sold in August to help fund a project close to Jack’s Helping Hand’s mission—the Jack Ready Imagination Park.
Building a Park for Every Child
Currently under development on the Nipomo Mesa, the Jack Ready Imagination Park will be the first fully inclusive and universally accessible play space in the region. It’s a place where children of all abilities can play, explore, and thrive—together.
Some of the park’s planned features include:
- Inclusive playground equipment
- Adaptive sports fields
- A therapeutic equestrian center
- A peaceful sensory garden
To further support the project’s sustainability, A.M. Sun Solar + Roofing will also be donating a custom solar system to help power the park with clean, renewable energy for years to come.
